Cancellation Policy: All in-person appointments must be canceled at least 1 hour before our scheduled appointment. Otherwise, a $10 convenience fee will be charged. Please reach out at your earliest convenience
to cancel an appointment.
Witnesses: Witnesses cannot be related to the signer through blood, marriage, or adoption. Also, the witness cannot be a beneficiary of business being conducted within notarized paperwork.
Right to Refuse: Notaries have the right to refuse a notarization if all of the legal requirements are not met (eg. fraudulent ID, the signer is not determined to be of sound mind, etc.). You will not be charged for the Notary Fees, but you will still be responsible for signing service fees and witness fees.
